Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days (Monday–Friday) of being placed. We process orders during these times to ensure they leave our warehouse promptly. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Courier

All orders are shipped via Evri tracked delivery. This ensures your package is secure and you can monitor its journey. Typical UK transit time is 2–3 working days after dispatch, though some deliveries may take slightly longer during peak periods.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you have a UK delivery address, we're ready to help.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us immediately at hello@hallsales.co.uk. We'll open an investigation with Evri and work to locate your package. Provide your order number and tracking reference for the fastest resolution.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately—we may be able to intercept your parcel before it's sent out.
