However, larger quantities receive better per-unit pricing. DELIVERY & SHIPPING Q: How quickly do you dispatch orders? A: Most orders dispatch within 3 working days (Monday-Friday). You'll receive a tracking number via email. Q: How do you ship orders? A: All orders are shipped via Evri tracked delivery. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. Q: Do you ship outside the UK? A: We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. Contact us for international enquiries. Q: How much is shipping? A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. RETURNS & COMPLAINTS Q: Can I return items? A: Unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items cannot be returned (as they're single-use). Q: What if my items arrive damaged? A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll replace or refund immediately. Q: What if I receive the wrong items? A: Contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement at no charge. Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Yes, but only if it hasn't shipped yet. Most orders ship within 3 working days, so please contact us urgently. BULK & TRADE Q: Do you offer bulk discounts? A: Yes. The larger the pack size or quantity, the better the per-unit price.
