No Returns on Used Packaging
Because mailing bags and cardboard boxes are hygienic, single-use items, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the packaging has been opened or used. We encourage you to carefully select the correct size and quantity before ordering. Our detailed product descriptions and size guides are provided to help you make the right choice.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged items or an incorrect order, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photograph showing the damage or incorrect item
We will either replace the affected items free of charge or refund the affected portion, whichever you prefer. We take quality seriously and stand behind our products.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been dispatched. Since orders typically dispatch within 3 working days, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel:

Your Statutory Rights
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed goods. If your packaging is faulty or not as described, you have legal protections regardless of our returns policy.
